Job Description
ASK Development Pvt Limited, a leading telecom company, is looking for dedicated Customer Care Executives. This role requires candidates who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
Compensation: Rs37,00.00 – Rs55,00.00 per month, with performance-based incentives.
Location: Islamabad (Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities include:
- Professionally handle incoming customer calls.
- Efficiently resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
- Process customer orders and manage payments.
- Update and manage customer accounts as necessary.
Education: Minimum graduation required.
Experience: At least 6 months in a customer service role.
