Job Description
ASK Development Limited invites motivated individuals to apply for the position of Banking Helpline Agent within our esteemed telecom company. This full-time position entails:
- Handling customer inquiries with a positive demeanor.
- Efficiently resolving customer concerns and complaints.
- Accurately processing customer orders and payments.
- Maintaining and updating customer accounts.
Salary: Rs37,00.00 – Rs55,00.00 per month, contingent upon performance.
Requirements: A minimum of a graduate degree with 6 months of experience in the banking sector (Customer Service Representative role preferred).
Location: Lahore (in-person attendance required).
