Job Description
ASK Development Limited, a leading telecommunications company, is seeking a Customer Services Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing inbound calls
- Addressing customer inquiries
- Handling customer complaints
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Intermediate
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English
- Experience: 1-2 years in customer service, with preference for UK-based experience
- Salary: Rs 45,00 (including incentives up to Rs 15,00)
- Medical Insurance: Free medical coverage
- Shifts: Rotational (morning, evening, night); work from home available after probation
