Job Description
A leading telecommunication company, ASK Development Limited, is seeking a Customer Services Representative. The primary responsibilities include:
- Handling inbound calls
- Providing queries related to customer issues
- Addressing customer complaints
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (Required)
- Experience: 1-2 years in customer care or call center, preferably with UK-based campaigns
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English
Compensation: Salary ranges from Rs45,00 to Rs60,00 per month, including an incentive of up to Rs15,00.
