Job Description
ASK Development Limited is looking for dynamic and customer-oriented individuals to fill the role of Phone Banking Officer at our Call Center in Lahore. In this position, you will deliver outstanding customer service, assist clients with their banking inquiries, and promote our range of financial products over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound communications regarding banking products and services.
- Provide assistance with account inquiries and transactions.
- Address and resolve customer complaints while ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Engage in cross-selling of banking products.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- Candidates must be 35 years old or younger.
- Fresh graduates and those with prior call center experience are encouraged to apply.
- Outstanding communication skills in English and Urdu are essential.
