Job Description
ASK Development Limited, a prominent telecom company, is seeking qualified Inbound Call Center Agents to join our team. The ideal candidates will possess the following:
Hiring Criteria:
- Education: Minimum graduate from a recognized university.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Urdu (neutral dialect).
- Location: Must reside in Rawalpindi.
- Experience: 6 months to 2 years preferred.
- Salary: Rs 45,00, including performance-based incentives.
- Work Hours: Rotational shifts on a monthly basis.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support through phone interactions.
- Follow up and assist with fault rectifications.
- Create and close Network Trouble Tickets efficiently.
