Job Description
ASK Development Limited, a leading telecom company, is looking for a committed Customer Care Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should meet the following hiring criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
- Fluency in both English and Urdu (neutral dialect).
- Must be located in Rawalpindi.
- Preferably possess 6 months to 2 years of experience in a UK-based call center.
- Salary: Rs45,00, with additional performance-based incentives.
- Monthly rotational shifts required.
As a Customer Care Executive, your responsibilities will include managing customer calls, providing online support, following up on prolonged issues with the Operations team, and creating Network Trouble Tickets. Work-from-home options will be available following a 4-month probationary period.
