Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and innovative R&D Manager – Artisan to lead our R&D team specializing in bakery products. The ideal candidate will focus on product innovation, automation, and enhancing the quality of artisan bakery products.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Food Science, Bakery Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in the baking industry, specifically in R&D.
- In-depth knowledge of bakery production lines and recipes.
- Collaboration with corporate customers for tailored artisan products.
- Stay updated with industry trends.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards.
Full-time position with a salary of Rs400,00.00 – Rs500,00.00 per month.
