Job Description
We are seeking an experienced B2B Sales Agent to recruit U.S. carriers and trucking companies for our dispatch and factoring services. Responsibilities include prospecting owner-operators, new MCs, and small fleets; presenting tailored solutions; following up via phone, email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn; managing the sales pipeline; onboarding carriers; and building long-term client relationships.
Requirements: background in U.S. trucking sales, dispatch, brokerage, or factoring preferred; strong communication and negotiation skills; proven cold outreach ability; independent, target-driven, and results-focused. This is an in-person, full-time 12‑month contract role.
Compensation: Rs65,00–Rs90,00/month plus high recurring commissions. Training and back-office support provided.
