Job Description
Apt Resources Pvt. Ltd. seeks an experienced Diamond Evaluator to join our client’s mining operations in Angola. The successful candidate will assess, grade, and value rough diamonds while ensuring compliance with international standards.
- Evaluate and grade rough diamonds using advanced gemological instruments.
- Estimate market values using current pricing data and maintain accurate records and reports.
- Coordinate with mining personnel to ensure safe handling and chain-of-custody procedures in line with the Kimberley Process.
Requirements: Degree in Gemology or related field, minimum 8 years’ experience, fluency in English and Portuguese, and strong knowledge of the Kimberley Process.
Benefits: USD 5,00–7,00/month plus commission, accommodation, meals, and insurance coverage.
