Appcrates is seeking a full-time, in-person HR Executive (Construction) to implement and manage HR policies and procedures; oversee end-to-end recruitment (screening, interviews, and background checks); maintain employee records and HR databases; administer benefits and compensation; conduct performance evaluations; manage employee relations and separations; ensure compliance with labor laws; and prepare HR reports for management.

• Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field and at least 2 years of HR experience.
• Required skills: knowledge of HR legislation, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management abilities.
