Job Description
Amzdudes is looking for a meticulous and skilled Amazon Case Management Specialist to join our Karachi office. This full-time, in-person position is dedicated to effective management of Amazon Seller Central cases, ensuring optimal account health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee case logs on Amazon Seller Central
- Prepare appeals and Plans of Action
- Ensure prompt resolution of cases
- Maintain compliance with account policies
- Accurately document case activities
Requirements:
- Proven experience with Amazon Seller Central
- Strong understanding of Amazon policies
- Outstanding communication skills in English
