Job Description
Ali Enterprise LLC seeks enthusiastic, customer-focused female applicants for a full-time, in-person Call Center Agent position (night shift).
- Schedule: Mon–Fri, 9:00 PM–6:00 AM; Sat, 10:00 PM–5:00 AM.
- Compensation: Rs 50,00–75,00 per month.
- Responsibilities: handle inbound/outbound calls, resolve customer inquiries, maintain accurate records, follow scripts, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Requirements: excellent English communication, basic computer and typing skills, ability to perform under pressure and meet targets; open to entry-level and experienced candidates; willingness to work night shifts.
