Job Description
Al-Mustafa Welfare Society is seeking a dedicated Patient Welfare Officer to support our mission in patient care. In this crucial role, you will attend to daily welfare patient needs, assist with Zakat and discount applications, and oversee donor account verifications. Responsibilities also include maintaining precise records for patients with eye conditions, undergoing dialysis, suffering from thalassemia, and those with cleft conditions, utilizing Excel spreadsheets. Additionally, you will generate essential documentation related to donations.
Ideal candidates will possess a bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of experience in patient welfare services. This full-time position is based in Gulshan-e-Iqbal Block 13C and necessitates in-person attendance.
