Job Description
We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Quality Assurance Officer to uphold the highest quality standards for our products and services. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing testing protocols, identifying defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve overall quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and maintain QA testing procedures.
- Execute both manual and automated testing.
- Identify and document bugs using tracking tools.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in quality assurance/testing.
- Proficiency with QA tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
