Job Description
We are looking for a meticulous and skilled Junior Accountant to become a valued member of our team. This role is centered on Invoicing and Sales Reporting, where you will oversee the management of invoicing, delivery challans, and sales reports. Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with factory management regarding deliveries and cancellations.
- Prepare daily delivery challans, invoices, and sales reports.
- Handle debit/credit notes and address customer discrepancies promptly.
- Ensure the accuracy of financial records.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve processes and report sales to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Demonstrated accounting experience, particularly in invoicing and sales.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and proficiency in Excel.
