Job Description
The Production Manager will lead daily manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, and delivery objectives. Key duties include production planning and scheduling, supervising teams, optimizing processes, controlling budgets, coordinating maintenance and inventory, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
The role champions continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma), implements quality controls, trains and develops staff, and resolves operational issues to sustain performance and efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in production or manufacturing leadership
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and planning skills
- Proficiency with production planning tools
