Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive LABSA Shift Engineer to oversee and optimize the daily operations of our LABSA (Linear Alkyl Benzene Sulfonic Acid) production process. The ideal candidate will prioritize equipment efficiency, safety compliance, and quality assurance during their shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage LABSA production equipment operations.
- Quickly resolve technical issues as they arise.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality protocols.
- Conduct routine inspections and checks on equipment.
- Work collaboratively to enhance shift efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in chemical plant operations; LABSA experience preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
