Job Description
AK Graphic is looking for enthusiastic and driven Call Center Agents to be a part of our expanding team in Gulberg II, Lahore, for an international campaign. In this role, you will manage both inbound and outbound calls, provide valuable product information, and offer assistance with a friendly and professional attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls and address inquiries
- Conduct outbound calls to potential leads
- Provide outstanding customer service consistently
Requirements: Strong English communication skills; 1-2 months of call center experience preferred.
