Agregga SMC-Private Limited is seeking a highly responsive and detail-oriented Customer Support & Systems Monitoring Executive. This key role is vital for ensuring the seamless operation of our real-time payment transaction system while providing first-line support to our customers. Your responsibilities will include continuous system monitoring, prompt customer assistance via chat and email, and effective collaboration with our technical team for swift issue resolution.
Ideal candidates should be open to shift work, have previous experience in customer support or Network Operations Center (NOC) environments, and demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in English communication is essential. This is a full-time, in-person position.
