Job Description
Agile Tribe Pvt Ltd seeks a dependable and detail-oriented Inbound Taxi Controller to manage incoming booking calls from customers across the UK. In this role, you will be responsible for entering journey details, dispatching vehicles, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and process bookings efficiently.
- Accurately record customer booking information.
- Utilize dispatch software to assign jobs to drivers.
- Monitor driver progress to ensure timely pickups.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Minimum of 2 years of taxi dispatch experience.
- Familiarity with UK geography is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs450.00 – Rs550.00 per month
