Job Description
AF IT Business Services is in search of an HR Operations Specialist to oversee essential HR functions. This role encompasses a variety of key responsibilities, including:
- Downloading and organizing probation evaluation forms and confirmation letters.
- Drafting acceptance letters for resignations and retirement notifications.
- Managing requests for leave and allowances, and updating employee schedules.
- Providing support to the UAE ES team as required.
Required Technical Skills: Candidates should possess proficiency in Oracle and Excel, be familiar with TA software and UAE labor regulations, and exhibit strong English communication abilities.
