Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize recruiting platforms and social media to attract candidates.
- Review resumes and conduct preliminary assessments.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics to enhance strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience.
Salary: Rs30,00 – Rs40,00/month
Job Type: Full-time, 10 am to 6 pm (Mon to Sat)
