Job Description
We are seeking a Social Media Growth Specialist to lead audience acquisition and engagement across platforms. You will develop and implement growth strategies, produce and optimize content, execute paid and organic campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and collaborate with design and marketing teams to increase followers, reach, and conversions.
- Requirements: 2+ years in social media growth, strong copywriting, and a data-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with advertising platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and analytics tools is required.
- Must be creative, organized, and capable of rapid testing and scaling of tactics.
- Remote or hybrid role with competitive salary and benefits.
