Job Description
Advance Tech is on the lookout for a dynamic and confident female Customer Support Officer. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about engaging with clients, preparing quotations, and managing social media accounts. We welcome fresh graduates as well as candidates with up to one year of experience to apply. This is an in-house position, meaning no site visits are required.
Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls, promote products, prepare quotations, manage social media platforms, and support various marketing campaigns.
Requirements: Exceptional communication skills, self-motivation, a proactive attitude, basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, and familiarity with social media. Experience in graphic design is a plus.
