Job Description
We seek an Order Fulfillment Specialist to manage end-to-end order processing, including picking, packing, and shipping, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. The role requires coordination with inventory, warehouse, and customer service teams to monitor orders, resolve discrepancies, and maintain WMS/ERP records. Candidates should have one to two years of warehouse or fulfillment experience, strong attention to detail, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. The position demands adherence to KPIs, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused attitude. This fast-paced role offers flexible hours, and an immediate start is preferred.
