Job Description
Drive revenue growth as Head of Sales & Business Development by leading sales strategy, building partnerships, and expanding market share. You will set targets, manage and coach a high-performing sales team, develop go-to-market plans, oversee pipeline management and CRM, and negotiate major contracts. Use market analysis to identify new opportunities, forecast performance, and report results to the executive team. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in B2B sales, proven leadership in scaling revenue, strong negotiation and communication skills, and experience with CRM tools. Entrepreneurial mindset, strategic thinking, and ability to close enterprise deals required.
