Job Description
ABS International (Block 13‑C, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi) is recruiting energetic Customer Support Executives for US international campaigns on the night shift (6:00 PM–2:00 AM). Compensation: PKR 40,00–50,00 base (based on experience/accent), incentives up to PKR 20,00, and a PKR 3,00 attendance allowance; reliable performers typically achieve PKR 65,00–75,00 take-home pay. Duties include handling inbound/outbound calls, achieving First Contact Resolution, and using CRMs such as Salesforce and HubSpot. Requirements: fluent English with a neutral/American accent, CRM multitasking ability; 6+ months BPO experience preferred, though freshers with exceptional English are encouraged to apply.
