Schedule: Monday-Saturday | 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM PKT
ABS International is looking for a dedicated Call Quality Assurance Officer to ensure exceptional service quality in our logistics call center. Key responsibilities include developing quality procedures, ensuring compliance, generating performance reports, identifying training requirements, and conducting evaluations of calls.
Requirements: A minimum of 1 year of call center QA experience, familiarity with QA methodologies, strong analytical abilities, and availability for evening shifts.
