Salary: PKR 45,00–50,00/month + Uncapped Incentives + PKR 3,00 Attendance Allowance
Shift Options:
- 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM PKT
- 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM PKT
- 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM PKT
Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot issues according to escalation protocols
- Maintain detailed records in the CRM system
- Ensure compliance with quality standards
Requirements: Proficiency in English, basic computer knowledge, night shift availability, and a dedication to training.
