Job Description
Location: NASTP, Karachi
Timings: Monday–Friday (10 AM–6:30 PM), Saturday (10 AM–3:30 PM)
Type: Full-time | Immediate Joiners Only
Ability Pvt Ltd, a leading global consulting and outsourcing firm, is currently looking for a dedicated Sales and Retention Associate to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Convert leads into clients while ensuring the retention of existing accounts.
- Conduct outbound calls and manage emails, along with follow-ups using CRM tools.
Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or retention (BPO experience preferred), with strong English communication skills.
Compensation: Rs60,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month, along with competitive benefits.
