Job Description
ABIC seeks an experienced HR Compliance Manager to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, recordkeeping, audits, policy updates, employee relations advisement, training, and offboarding.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Law, or related field; 5–7+ years in HR compliance or employment law.
- Core knowledge: Title VII, FMLA, ADA, FLSA; HRIS proficiency and audit experience.
- Skills & attributes: Excellent communication, strong analytical ability, meticulous attention to detail; proactive, collaborative, and adaptable.
- Details: Full-time; Pay Rs250,00–Rs300,00/month; Work location: In person.
