Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Manager to join our Manufacturing Science and Technology (MS&T) team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, coupled with the technical acumen necessary to lead our operations effectively.
Your key responsibilities will include spearheading process enhancement initiatives, ensuring adherence to industry regulations, and overseeing cross-functional teams. You will work closely with Research & Development and Quality Assurance teams to facilitate seamless product development and manufacturing processes.
The successful applicant will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, strategic insight, and the ability to influence both peers and stakeholders. A degree in a relevant field and extensive experience in MS&T are essential.
