Job Description
Abbott Laboratories is looking for a dedicated Assistant Manager Distribution to enhance our pharmaceutical distribution of finished goods. This role includes tasks such as data analysis, report generation, managing ERP documentation, verifying claims, and collaborating with distributors and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities: Responsibilities include generating daily reports, maintaining records for Drug Sales Licenses, verifying credit and debit notes, coordinating with the Trade Team, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing inventory movements, and analyzing sales data for actionable insights.
Qualifications: Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, possess 2–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical distribution, demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills, and be proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
