Job Summary: Abbott Laboratories is looking for a committed Assistant Manager Production to support the Manager in overseeing our manufacturing and dispensing activities. The successful candidate will ensure adherence to all regulatory standards and actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Major Responsibilities:
- Execute manufacturing and dispensing operations in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (S.O.P.).
- Meet operational deadlines while enhancing process efficiency.
- Assist in Key Performance Indicator (KPI) measurement and root cause analysis.
- Ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards.
- Cultivate a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a science-related field (Pharm D preferred), 3-4 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in MS Office.
