Job Description
Join Abacus Outsourcing for an onsite position as a Customer Support Executive with fixed afternoon hours from 12:00 PM to 05:00 PM.
Responsibilities:
- Manage international customer service inquiries via phone and email.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs for optimal satisfaction.
- Follow established communication procedures and guidelines.
Requirements: Intermediate or fresh candidates welcome; strong communication skills essential.
