Job Description
Location: Islamabad, Pakistan
Timings: 11:00 AM – 08:00 PM
Abacus is currently looking for an Assistant Manager to lead our Contact Center Operations, focusing on local fintech and telecom projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, meeting key performance indicators (KPIs), and driving improvements in service delivery to enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is required. We prefer candidates with 3-5 years of experience in BPO operations, along with leadership experience. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is essential.
