Job Description

Abacus Consulting is seeking a Customer Support Executive with exceptional communication skills. This is an onsite position with flexible timings available, including morning, evening, and night shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Manage international customer service inquiries via phone and email.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Intermediate or fresh candidates with up to 6 months of experience are welcome.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
