Job Description
AAM TECH HUB is on the lookout for a dedicated Call Operator to enhance our team. In this role, you will manage both inbound and outbound calls, deliver precise information regarding our products and services, and keep comprehensive records of customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally handle incoming and outgoing calls
- Provide accurate and detailed product information
- Transfer calls to appropriate departments when necessary
- Document customer interactions accurately
- Effectively resolve customer issues and inquiries
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proficient communication skills in English and Urdu
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Prior experience is advantageous

Salary: Rs20,00.00 – Rs25,00.00 per month
