Job Description
AAM TECH HUB is actively seeking a dedicated Guest Relations Officer (GRO) to be the primary point of contact for our valued guests, ensuring an exceptional experience at our facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome guests upon arrival.
- Provide detailed information on our products and services.
- Effectively manage check-ins and bookings.
- Address and resolve guest complaints promptly.
- Cultivate positive relationships with all guests.
- Collaborate with various departments to fulfill guest needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality preferred.
- Prior experience in guest services is essential.
