Job Description
AA Digital is hiring full-time, on-site Call Center Sales Executives for U.S. telesales in DHA Phase 6, Lahore. Shift: 6:00 PM–3:00 AM, Monday–Friday (weekends off). Fresh graduates are welcome; paid training and ongoing support provided.
- Make outbound calls for truck-dispatch campaigns to U.S. customers and clearly explain services in English.
- Generate and qualify leads, maintain CRM records, and consistently meet targets.
- Compensation: PKR 35,00–45,00 plus performance-based incentives, stable monthly pay, and defined career paths to senior and leadership roles.
Requirements: basic to good English communication skills, motivation, goal orientation, and availability for night shift and on-site work.
