Job Description
AA Printers is looking for a dedicated Help Desk Support Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will excel in delivering outstanding customer support through both phone and email, ensuring our clients enjoy a smooth and positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address and resolve customer inquiries via phone and email
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions
- Foster strong relationships with customers
- Troubleshoot product-related issues

Qualifications:
- Male candidates only
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Preferred: 2 years of experience in customer support
Salary: Rs 55,00 – Rs 60,00 per month
