AA Exchange (Private) Limited is seeking a proactive HR Intern to acquire hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources. This role focuses on recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR documentation.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting in candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and onboarding processes.
- Maintaining employee records and preparing essential HR documents.
- Supporting employee engagement initiatives and facilitating training sessions.
Qualifications:
- Recent graduate or final-year student in HR or a related field.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
