Job Description
A.T.S Synthetic Pvt Ltd is actively seeking a skilled IT Support professional to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will possess a qualification in ICS/BCS/FSc and have 2-4 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot end-user workstation hardware and network devices.
- Conduct physical installations of network equipment, including WAPs and Firewalls.
- Provide technical support and maintain the organization’s computer networks.
- Communicate effectively to identify user needs and deliver solutions.
- Regularly back up user data and ensure data security.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs37,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month
