Job Description
Hamson Inc. is actively seeking a skilled IT Support Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, documenting, and tracking user complaints, as well as classifying and prioritizing issues within our Complaint Management System (CMS). You will also provide fundamental troubleshooting for hardware, software, operating systems, and network-related issues.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication and customer service skills, possess a basic understanding of IT concepts, and have experience with helpdesk systems. Familiarity with IT security principles is essential to succeed in this position.
