Job Description
AA Joyland Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Freelance Recruiter to join our Human Resources team for a one-month contract to address urgent hiring needs.
Position: Freelance Recruiter
Experience: 1–2 years
Salary: PKR 40,00 (fixed)
Contract Duration: 1 Month
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with HR to identify hiring requirements.
- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
- Screen applications and conduct preliminary interviews.
- Coordinate with HR for final interview processes.
- Efficiently fill positions within the contract period.
