Job Description
Globe Call Centre is currently seeking skilled Cab Dispatchers with at least one year of experience in a similar position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently organize and dispatch cabs to various locations.
- Monitor driver schedules to ensure timely service delivery.
- Communicate promptly with drivers and customers regarding any updates or changes.
- Maintain accurate records of all operational activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a cab dispatcher or in a related role.
- Proficient with GPS and dispatch software.
