Job Description
SYNC BPO is currently seeking a qualified Healthcare Authorization and Pharmacy Specialist to join our team in Lahore. The working hours for this position are from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing prescription refills, coordinating with patients and pharmacies, and verifying eligibility for ophthalmic medications.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related field, 1-2 years of experience, in-depth knowledge of ophthalmic medications, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic health records.
