Job Description
HRSG Outsourcing Pvt Limited is actively looking for an experienced Learning and Development Manager to spearhead our training initiatives. In this role, you will design and implement tailored training programs for various teams and departments, assess team performance, and create personalized growth plans. You will also organize marketing events to enhance brand representation, provide mentorship and ongoing support to team members, and maintain comprehensive records to produce reports on training effectiveness.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in training, strong communication and leadership abilities, and exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple programs efficiently. Preferred candidates are female with a Bachelor’s degree and relevant certifications.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs130,00.00 – Rs150,00.00 per month | Location: In person
