Job Description
ASK Development Limited, a prestigious telecom company, is seeking qualified Inbound Calling Agents. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer calls, addressing inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining customer accounts.
Salary: We offer a competitive salary ranging from Rs37,00.00 to Rs55,00.00 per month, along with performance-based incentives.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree.
- At least 6 months of experience in the banking sector as a Customer Service Representative.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Easypaisa or Jazz Cash campaigns.
Location: This is an in-person position based in Lahore.
